Hi, I am Doctor Jamie Arredondo and owner of Belcher Animal Hospital. I am a Chicago area native and have been living in the St. Petersburg area since 2016.
Personal Hobbies and Interests
I have a small zoo of my own consisting of dogs, cats, red footed tortoises, ducks and aquatic pets. I spend my free time being a mom to 4 young children and trying with my husband to entertain them.
Favorite Part of My Job
I have an interest in working with all animals excluding poisonous creatures. I welcome seeing your dogs, cats, small farm animals and exotics pets.
Education
I had the wonderful opportunity to attend St. George’s School of Veterinary Medicine on the island of Grenada. I then completed my clinical year at NC State College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2015.
Professional Background
I am focused on partnering with you in your pet's care. I find it extremely important to thoroughly discuss preventative care recommendations as well as disease processes and test results.
